Shipping Information

Overview:
All of our products are shipped USPS unless otherwise stated. Standard delivery time in the United States is 7-10 days. You can contact us to make different shipping arrangements if required, such as overnight or express.

International Shipping Fees:
International shipments are shipped through USPS Airmail Parcel Post, with typical delivery in 10-14 days. Any applicable duties are the responsibility of the order recipient, and the recipient should be aware of any restrictions prior to shipment. No products containing lighter fluid or butane may be shipped to any international destinations.

Backorders:
We currently stock all of the 2008 Zippo products, however sometimes an individual item may have unusually high demand and be depleted from our inventory. In the rare event an item you ordered is on backorder you will be notified by email. You have the option to select an alternate product or receive a refund.

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your products purchased from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied simply contact us within 30-days to make arrangements for a refund, return or exchange. If over 30-days have elapsed and your product stops working properly you will be referred directly to Zippo. All Zippo Lighters come with a world renowned lifetime guarantee unless otherwise specified in the warranty information you receive with your product. When you buy a Zippo product you are making a purchase that you can count on far into the future.

Zippo Warranty

Any Zippo metal product, when returned to our factory will be put in first class condition free of charge, for we have yet to charge a cent for the repair of a Zippo metal product, regardless of age or condition. The finish, however, is not guaranteed. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Other Zippo products carry their own specific warranties.

Zippo Repair

Mail your Zippo lighter to the Zippo Repair Clinic, address is below. Upon arrival, your Zippo lighter is assigned a repair code, and then taken to one of Zippo's technicians for repair. When completed it is forwarded to the Zippo Repair Clinic shipping area to be returned via UPS or insured mail.

Zippo's normal repair policy is to replace the inside lighting mechanism of the lighter with a new inside of the current year manufacture. They also repair the hinge on the same outside lighter case. The finish, however, is not guaranteed. In the event that the lighter cannot be repaired, it would be replaced.

If your lighter has a special design or sentimental value and you do not want it replaced, please indicate this in your correspondence to the Zippo Repair Clinic. If you value your lighter as a keepsake, please insure the package through the U. S. Post Office or send it via United Parcel Service. Your lighter will be returned to you via Insured Mail or United Parcel Service.

Packaging Your Zippo For Repair

Package products securely in an oversized box or padded envelope (large packages are less likely to be lost or mislaid).

Include name, address and telephone number on a note inside the package, as well as the complete return address on the outside of the package.

Do NOT attach anything directly to the product, including:
# Address labels or tape
# Rubber bands
# Safety or straight pins in the package
# (All of these can cause damage to the finish of your Zippo product)

The Zippo Repair Department performs excellent repairs at no charge. Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself, as it could damage the product beyond repair.

Do not attempt to re-glue emblems yourself as the product may be further damaged in an attempt to remove the glue.

Lighter Instructions: Remove the flint from the lighter and allow the fuel inside the lighting mechanism to evaporate for two or three days before mailing.
